Soft rolled paper with pointed end, softer point than a Blending stump.
Excellent  for detail work, shading and soft blending.

Used for Charcoal, Pastel, Pencil and the like.

Clean and refresh on a Sandpaper block. When re-pointing the Tortillion,
use the Sandpaper block as you would a 'knife to sharpen a pencil' this gives a smoother finish to the point.

Can also be used with the Zest-it Blending Sponge for soft blending on Parchment work.
